What Members Thought
My personal knowledge of T E Lawrence was spotty. This was a well written biography. It is so long that I ended up reading it in chunks. However it was hard to put down, so resuming reading was not problematic. Korda makes an interesting point that our current situation in the middle east might be quite different if Lawrence's vision had been implemented. I don't know enough to challenge that thesis but it does raise a very interesting point.

Good book and fascinating man. Someone I'd always wanted to know a little more about. Korda's research is impeccable.
