[close] Loved, loved, loved this book! Did I mention I loved this book? It is set in the middle ages and centers around a monk and his efforts to build a grand cathedral for his priory. An amazing story with characters that are completely real. Even the characters you like the most have flaws, which makes them even more likable and easy to relate to. Follett's writing is impeccable, as evidenced by the fact that I was able to read 1,000 pages in a month. I have yet to read the sequel, World Without End, but when I do, I'm sure I will love it as well!
