Interesting sci-fi story. About half way through it became hard to put down. It will be interesting to see how the movie adapts this story. If you like fiction about alien theories this would be the book for you!
I really enjoyed this. I had seen the movie and liked it; but as so often is the case this was so much better. I am on the list now for the next one.
I enjoyed reading this book and I would like to say thank you Mr. Hughes for writing it. I don't care if it was your idea or not. You laid the ground work and I thank you for that. I am really excited to see the movie too. Aside from all the drama going on with Mr. Frey, I hope that this series continues and that you, Mr. Hughes are allowed to do it. Some will boycott the book because of the drama, but I hope people at least go and get it from the library and give it a read. It is worth it.

I learned James Frey was involved with this in a shady way. Interesting. For all the bad reviews it got, I say take it for what it is. Put aside hopes of great writing and just enjoy the story!
This story reminded me so much of the Gone series and is probably why I love it!
