This book was amazing. Accacia was living a half life because she had a disease that made sunlight painful. Then one night leaving work she is rescued by Rhain and her life is changed forever. The story was original and very intriguing. I love the concept of the curse and how it twisted the thing the clans loved the most. I can't wait to read the rest of Accacia's story and then the rest of her "sisters'" books too.

This was okay.
Accacia was reasonably likeable, but her denial got a bit old eventually, although I understood her reluctance, considering she was just thrown into the situation with the three men.
The men themselves were okay. It was all a bit insta-love for me. I am not a fan on instantaneous mystical reasons why characters have to get intimate with each other. They were all mostly distinct from each other, though.

Accacia is a character that has lived in the dark because of her condition. For her, not being able to go out in the sunlight was depressing but that never stop her from living it as normal as possible. Suddenly, these strangers barged into her life and everything changes. Forced in a situation that made her question everything; she was left confused yet determined to do what she can in order to set everything right.

Accacia's Curse has an interesting world building going on, the structure of the plot is based on a prophecy and it's not bad but I found things to be just vague and chaotic even for a 1st book in a series.
The most important part is how disconnected I felt. I couldn't put myself in Accacia's place or understand the character enough to let the story flow. I can't get a feel of Accaccia as a person before we are quickly introduced to the guys after which it's just chaos to understand what's their ...more

This was a good read, I really liked the story line, characters, and the world-building. It was a bit slow for me, but I was also having a weird day. The writing was really well done and the ending really did leave me wanting to read the next book, so I guess this one was better than I'm remembering. But again that's a me problem, I was unable to do a re-read before writing this review.
