Sera, our FMC, breaks the mold of the typical OMs in the next installment of ED’s Dylan St. James world. We met Sera in the first duology, a brief glimpse into the rich born OM’s world. Sera’s brothers are part of Dylan’s pack. So Sera and Dylan are sister in laws. I think we all know that Seraphina Bryce stole our hearts in Dylan's duet and wouldn't let go. I was so excited to read more into her life and ultimately her HEA. Seraphina is determined to live her life on her own terms despite the laws against omegas. She has fought finding a pack her entire college career but now her parents aren't giving her a choice. however entering into her last year at the OFS, her parents have told her she will be entering into an arranged marriage with a pack. so Sera being Sera and using her newfound skills, she decides to do everything she can to never meet them. and while she’s at school, she runs into the alphas from her one night stand working their own job and finding the beta she was pretending to be is actually an omega.

i love Sera and badass omega that she is. while other omegas are wanting to find their packs and take care of their family, all Sera wants to do is work for her father and live her own life without government intervention.

and after Sera meets Loki, Hawk, and Blaze, and they see what she is capable of, i love that they recognize what she is capable of. they work with her and let her partner with them instead of keeping her out of their plan. the author does such a great job of describing all the characters (and i would highly recommend seeing the character art as well).

this is the perfect quote to describe Sera. the plans she executes to avoid meeting her arranged marriage pack are hilarious and smart.

if you want to read about a fmc who doesn’t do what she is told and fights for herself while meeting 3 men who support her and fight with her, this book is for you.
