Almost all of the ideas in this book are some new form of Buddhism concepts of leading a grounded and meaningful life. If you are a typical millennial or post millenial, and are not quite aware of these things, you will be awestruck reading this book. Lastly, a highly entertaining and ridiculously humorous read, give full credit to the author for that.
