Okay, first off, I have to say I'm biased, cos I wrote this. But I wrote it for a purpose. I wanted to write a book full of story elements I love to read about.
It has mystery, paranormal secrets that slowly unfold. It's set in a school, and it has a hero and heroine that are different and new. They're flawed, but not wimps. She's fickle, bright, and knows her own mind. He's well... you'll just have to read to find out exactly how special Eddy Moon is...

WOW!! I was totally captivated by this book. I absolutely LOVE the story told throughout this book and the reference to one of my FAVORITE legends.
J.D. Field has taken a story that has been written many times and made it modern with its own twists that grab a hold of you from the beginning of the book and keep you enticed all the way through. The book was paced perfectly giving me answers exactly when I needed them and then still leaving questions for me to ponder as we near the end of the book

She figured things out when a smart person should. I can't stand it when the clues are all there and the chick just can't put the pieces together to figure out what the heck is going on. Maddy was no ...more
