What Members Thought

This book is interesting to me primarily for its description of the main character's military training. The author is a former Marine, and as such, her creation of a female warrior has more credibility than most. However, as technically accurate as this series may be in terms of military training and strategy, it is seriously lacking in emotional resonance. This book was the first fantasy book I read that didn't seem to be a knock off of Lord of the rings. Even better it was really good, so good I read it twice. You should too; come on join the cool people read it.
