Shelves: thriller, mystery, east-coast

I'm not sure that the device of Daniel's internal monologue is entirely successful here, but I do appreciate that Colfer takes a tongue-in-cheek approach to the superhuman-hero trope so common to thrillers. The plot makes no sense, and arguably isn't supposed to, but it's funny enough to make it a good summer read. ...more
