This book is quite upfront about what it is:
There’s no question that “President Jonathan Lincoln Duncan” is a stand-in for William Jefferson Clinton, and the author President Clinton has a few things he needs to get off his chest. At times he sounds deadly serious, but he does his best to stay tongue in cheek most of the time.
