This was a really good twist to the Little Mermaid tale (pun unintended)

We are introduced to Ariel, or Ri, who is the seventh daughter of the King. But now that she is old enough, she can join her sisters as a student at the Academy.
So, as it's tradition, she has to transform her tail for a pair of new legs.
