With enough wine, I might be willing to go up to 2.5 stars.
This book took me two months to read because I was never all that interested in going back to it. Almost every paragraph is grandiose with lots of made up words. And, while the book was action packed, it was so disjointed and jumped around so much it was often difficult to tell what was happening, who it is happening to, and in what way it relates to the story.
The end was kind of cool.

This book paled in comparison with an epic first book. It had way too many plot twists for its own good. The way these characters were switching their allegiances every other paragraph made me care less and less about them.
There were too many characters with similar names whose sole purpose was to confuse readers. They contributed nothing to the plot.

I have no thoughts right now. My brain is dead, I am in shock with this book. It has completely ruined me and exceeded my expectations. This book isn’t amazing, it is magnificent, it’s fantastic, it’s out of this world. I haven’t felt like this about a book in a very long time.
