ATW: Uganda
Story of a British doctor working as Idi Amin's doctor in Uganda. Interesting, somewhat surreal book. His characterisation of Idi Amin, the self proclaimed 'Lord of All the Beasts of the Earth and Fishes of the Seas and Conqueror of the British Empire in Africa in General and Uganda in Particular' is fascinatingly mad. The plot is quite different from the movie which is a little distracting. All up, an interesting read.
