Shelves: paranormal, romance, fiction

I picked up this series upon the recommendations of four different people. What I remember most about them telling me to read the series was to keep reading passed the first book.

While it was good in some parts, I feel that the book could have been a lot shorter without losing any of the actual content. It felt like with every page Ryland was telling Lily that her father loved her or talking about how much he wanted her. The little voice in my mind just kept screaming, "WE GET IT! Finally an interesting and unusual premise for a Paranormal Romance with no vampires or werewolves. I'm kind of a science nerd, so I liked the scientific aspects.
