I am thoroughly obsessed now. This graphic novel was freaking awesome!! Great story! Fresh, somewhat inpalatable, premise.
Set in the not so distant future where the avian flu has led to a black market chicken production and distribution (real and synthetic). The FDA is the ruling legal body with very special agents. Agents that are psychically connected to whatever they taste. Hence the tale of our protaganist begins.... I will be obsessively following this tale to its conclusion!

At last! This is the first "real" comic series I've thoroughly enjoyed. I've tried a few others but, despite often liking the artwork, I just haven't found enough depth to be satisfied until now. I really appreciate the structure of this series - nice tidy chapters with prologues and "Meet The Characters" sections, unobtrusive background puns, teasers and exposition in just the right quantities and places. I can understand the appeal of this graphic novel series, but it's too much for me. I'll not be continuing on.
