A small book with great dimension, but since I was expecting some kind of closure that ending left me hanging.

Quero saber o que se passou.
Exijo saber!!!!!
É mesmo para uma pessoa ficar furiosa e desconsolada ao mesmo tempo.
Rais partam as trilogias e tetralogias e todas as logias que me deixam assim pendurada.
Quanto à opinião:
É um livro brutal à sua maneira.
Uma espécie de Principezinho distopiano.
Não é de todo um livro quando se quer muita ação. Mas é muito bom para nos fazer pensar e desentorpecer as célulazinhas cinzentas. Muito bom.

I loved this book so much more than I expected! I found everything about it fascinating. The way their community worked, and how everyone saw it and accepted it like it was the ultimate goodness, and there was no way around it. Fascinating.
I had a problem with the book though. It was too short, too simple in some aspects. Like what was happening everywhere else? What happened after the end to Jonas's friends? How some aspects of their society worked? The book was too small to develop ...more

O conceito é bom, mas faltou muita acção. Não acontece quase nada na maior parte do livro. Estava com esperanças que fosse muitos mais do que o que foi.
