What Members Thought
This is a benign, quick read. No swearing or sex. Unfortunately, it's a bit stilted and the characters and plot aren't as flushed out as I'd like, but it's a stand-alone book (which I love), so it's a fair trade-off.

Interesting plot, but it did make me think of Princess Academy what with the remote mountain location, a subsistence living, a girl with a unique method of communication, and a touch of fantasy. The author does an excellent job of creating what it would be like to acquire a new sense.
It was cleanish (just kissing), but some things just didn't make sense.
