I didn't expect much from this book. It looked like a quick, cheesy, possibly *gimmicky* romance ... the story is told from both Bryce's and Juli's points of view, alternating chapters, which could end up being as hokey as a Baby-sitters' Club Super Special (granted, I loved those as a kid, but I am a grown-up now!) (Promise.)

I loved the concept of this book, reading about a series of events from one perspective and then from another. I've been thinking a lot about this idea lately, that things are rarely as they seem and that it's so easy to make assumptions about others when we really have no idea. This is a great book for tweets, but even for adults it is thought provoking and delightful.

I wanted to like it. But it was boring. The plot seemed interesting, but it was a fail.

LOVED it. This is a he-said-she-said story of junior high love at it's sweetest. Juli, the love-stricken girl is everything I want my girls to be! From the title, to the cover to the story itself, this one is a winner.

3.5 stars.
Liked how the story switched back and forth between Juli and Bryce's points of view. It was interesting to see different perspectives of the same event.

I read it in 2 sittings. It's a cute young adult novel about a relationship between neighbors. It has great insight about people in general. I enjoyed it.
