I want to disclose that I am the author of this book, as well as an ESL teacher. I share stories of my first three years of teaching, focusing on the students, but also on lessons and ideas that worked and didn't work, and what I feel is wrong with the system of over-testing and politicians who don't understand teaching making decisions that affect us and our students.
