This is a book I will forever love to hate.
Or maybe hate to love.
Or maybe hate to love.

Since I heard of many people being upset with this book, I decided to picture the worst possible way I thought it could end before I read the last 200 pages. Therefore my expectations weren't as high as other readers (REMEMBER there is no happy ending in war) and I was satisfied with the ending other than still having some unanswered questions. The reason I think people had a hard time reading this book versus the other books in the trilogy is because it doesn't take place at the Hunger Games ju

Loved it! Very intense. I just wish there was more at the end. There's like 1 paragraph of a happy ending; I'd like a little more than that. I guess we have to use our own imaginations!

Fantastic. I am so excited to see the 2nd, 3rd and 4th movies now! I can't say much... it's not worth it to ruin this series for anyone. But it was truly well done. I'm impressed with Collins and her ability to write such a mature story in the young adult genre, without crossing unnecessary lines. I did not LOVE all of her final choices... in particular 1 made me mad (I'll add a spoiler at the end here), but on the whole, it was great.

The ending was a bit of a suprise. I'm not sure about how I like the end. I'd comment but don't want to give the story up to you.
