Mary Roach admits she has the interests of a 12-year old boy, so don't be surprised to read a lot about poop, pee, and barf in one of her books. I enjoyed her perspective on the politics and practicalities behind sending people into space, and the discussion on gender issues in remote teams reminded me of Stranger in a Strange Land. ...more
