A bit longer than it needed to be but overall a great read. Lots of good advice and personal anecdotes from the author. Good training schedules, too! I liked that she actually explained the point of all these crazy workouts people put themselves through: long run, tempo run, etc... etc... I recommend for people new to the run/jog scene, like I am.
