I love me some mermaids. I would watch the Little Mermaid again and again, and I was so obsessed with the killer ones from Pirates of the Caribbean. But I haven't stumbled across any mind blowing mermaid books. This one, Of Poseidon, features the "Syrena" (or mermaids, but apparently they hate being called that), and a girl who discovers that *gasp* she might be one of them!
