This was unfortunately not as good as the first two books in the series. It was kind of slow and there was not near as much action. The constant life and death and fear I was used to in the first two books just wasn't really there in this one. The characters I grew to love were not as likable in this book. They made decisions that grated on me and I just wanted to smack them half the time. Overall, I enjoyed the book, but not like the first two.

Overall, I'd give the whole series 3 1/2 stars for some slowness, but in the end, good character development and a

I was waiting and begging for this book. I feel a lot like the end was rushed. And if you spend 3 books getting there, why rush the end?
While I don't love where she went this at the end, I guess I can respect it as the choice of an author.
I would recommend this series even though it was not my favorite. And I do see a lot of the way we progress from immature scared kids to have confidence as an adult. So I do like this book from that perspective. ...more
