No sé muy bien cómo hacer una review de 'Just one day' porque creo que es uno de esos libros que o amas porque de verdad te llegan, o simplemente te dejan medio indiferente. Pero desde luego a mi me ha llegado, y mucho, y no por la historia de amor en sí, sino por todas las consecuencias que tiene para Allyson, su viaje de autodescubrimiento, sus buenos y malos momentos, las amistades que hace y, sobre todo, por cómo va cambiando ella misma poco a poco. Welp. This was mostly disappointing because I really, really did not enjoy the romance aspect of the book. Which is obviously not too great because this is advertised as a romance novel. However, I did really like the sections of the book where she struggles in college, it reminds me a lot of how I felt when I first left home. Overall, it's a pretty good self-discovery novel. I just wish it wasn't a boy that made her realize what she could be. There's so much more to talk about in terms of her p

Interesting. I enjoyed the Shakespearean themes throughout the book, although I did think Lulu/Allyson was a little teenage angsty.
I really liked this book.
