What Members Thought
I am glad this series is finally over. Overall I enjoyed it. Things are finally brought together and tied up in this final installment. We got to know the characters a little better. I loved the addition of Henry Chang to the story. I'm glad Gansey finally found his king, I was getting sick of that obsession. Lots happened in this book, some only taking a minute and they were over. Not a totally satisfactory wrap up of some loose threads, but most seems to at least be addressed. My favorite part

Maggie Stiefvater. I love you, I hate you, you inspire me, you pull my imagination into a thousand different directions. and yet again, you steal my precious sleep. I have two small kids and work overnights, but I still gave up hours of peaceful slumber because I was so enraptured by your story.

So, a couple things: 1) I listened to this series and I really think I should read it. Will Patton is definitely one of my favorite readers so I was so happy to have his voice and it was perfect for this series. However, I think seeing/reading the words on the page would have enhanced the experience of this series. 2) omg I love MGs writing, descriptions, characters, and just plain strangeness; I have said it in all the reviews of books I have read of hers - or at least thought it over and over.
