I am conflicted as whether to give this 3 or 4 stars, it's more of a 3.5. Long story short, this sequel is better than the first installment and the world Feyre gets to explore is much broader. The fantasy aspect is more developed, though still light (which is fine, I think the main strength of the book is its romance/friendships.) I really like the characters and am invested in continuing with the story- the climax and ending was good enough that I just want to immediately dig into the third bo ...more

Maas's series gets better over time. Some of the plot elements are predictable, and the main character spends a lottle too much time whining over her obvious love for someone, but otherwise it's as good if not better than the first in the series. I already have the final book, and I can't wait to dive in! ...more
