I have read the harry Potter books many MANY times and they just get better each time. I love the world that J.K. Rowling created and the people she wrote to populate it. It feels equal parts fantastical and believable. This series is an absolute must read regardless of your age or interest in the subject material. These books are true modern classics which will definitely stand the test of time.

I am really disppointed by this last book in the series. I could care less who died and who lived, I'm simply disappointed by the ho-hum nature of the plot. Overall, the books are good entertainment, not great literature, so I wasn't expecting a masterpice. The final book just fell flat. Rowling simply could have done BETTER, I think. ...more

Loved it the second time through. Caught a lot more detail than the first time around. After reading HBP, I wish they would have given a little more action/time to Hermione. She seemed so grown up in HBP, but it felt a little like she slipped back a few years in DH.

This is a book that cannot be passed up. It answers more questions in such a special way that only Rowling is capable of.If you wanted to know something about the previous books, the answers are in here.Good book, but the finally epilogue not so sure.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the Harry Potter series without embarrassment. The final installment left me satisfied with the ending, appropriately wanting more without actually wanting more . . .
