When I first read the premise for Kendare Blake’s Three Dark Crowns I was immediately enthused. Triplet queens forced to murder each other in a winner-takes-all competition? SIGN. ME. UP. It’s like Hunger Games meets Game of Thrones. On ACID. Then I finished the last page and HOLY CLIFFHANGER BATMAN. Lemme tell you, if I didn’t WORSHIP Kendare Blake, I’d despise the woman. isn't 2.5 or 3 Stars the worst rating? You look forward to a book and it just Falls flat. There is nothing specific that I hated but there was also nothing specific that I loved about this book. After crawling out of the Breccia domain, Katarine has morphed into a mini Cersei Lannister who will do anything to claim the throne. She eats and drinks gobs of poison,

Loving this series! Battle for the throne by 3 sisters who are triplets and their complicated relationships. Can’t wait for the next book to see what happens next.
