The concept of a merit society is interesting, but I think I could have fallen in love with Moggle. How Aya reacts to the fame is a lot like our teen sensations today. They are overwhelmed by the paparazzi and fans, as well as open to attack by anyone for any reason.

Sometimes I wish I lived in the future worlds like this though, just for fun.

So I just finished this book, and I found it interesting how close we have several elements of the society that exists in this book. I mean if you think about you tube and all the different video feeds that go out, or the fact that a celebrity will make the front page of a newspaper despite more pressing issues that go on.

This is book four of a series. I had heard many comments on it from kids at school who did not like it as well as the rest. I however really enjoyed it. I just wish they would have finished the book and not left it open so another could be added maybe.
