Looking for Alaska was so incredible real so much so that it was actually hard to read at points. I laughed, I cried and I lived through this story. I had already had my "coming of age" years before I read this book but I could absolutely empathize with what these characters were going through. It's hard to write a review of this without spoilers. But, again, John Green ripped out my heart. I couldn't put this one down... I was so wrapped up in the lives of these kids. I didn't really identify with Alaska, the main female. But that's ok. I still thought she was an interesting character.
