After organizing this into actual words I got this….. OMG WHAT JUST HAPPENED HOW CAN THIS BOOK BE POSSIBLE IT IS TOO GOOD TO EXIST BUT OH SWEET JESUS AM I GLAD IT DOES.
After organizing and tweaking this garbled sentence a little bit more I finally got this… This book just blew my mind. The plot, yes it was dystopian but seriously? Can you really group it into one category? The characters, Juliette, Adam, Warner, James, Kenji just all so flawless. ...more

Well I didn't dnf this book. I gave it a try. Never could relate to Juliette at all, nor the male characters that suddenly was so in love with the girl with the deadly touch. So that should tell you I didn't care for the instant love. Plus the scratch/line-out of the writing I didn't see the point of that if she was writing in a journal and telling us what she's writing then put a line through it would had been understandable but to be talking it didn't make sense at all to me

I'm really not sure what rating to give this book. On the one hand, I had to force myself to finish it, but on the other, I think it really has quite a lot of potential. The writer in Muslim, and young, so I really believe that as time goes on her writing will improve. I also wonder about the strike-through bits that other reviewers have mentioned, and the poetic/confusing metaphors. I didn't have a problem with Adam as a love interest, but the other love interest... ugh. Just no. I'm going to r
