I am not a laugh-out-loud type usually but I was guffawing quite a bit as I listened to the audiobook read by the author. I think listening to Sedaris read his work is really the only way to go.
Predictably awesome. esp. on audio book:)
Enjoyable, but not as laugh out loud funny as previous works.
I listened to the audiobook version of "Let's Explore Diabetes with Owls," which was really a treat. David Sedaris is a fabulous and funny speaker and a true delight to listen to. Some of the short story recordings are recordings that he did in front of a live audience (oh how I would love to see him live someday!!!). This book is a collection of short stories. This would be a great introduction to a great humorist but old fans of Sedaris will love this as well!
