I almost hate to add this to the list because it falls so squarely into the stereotype of romance--and then we have to ask all of these gender/genre questions, such as:
*why does the female lead have to be such a dimwit?

Twilight is the first book to New Moon and Eclipse. Twilight tells you how Edward, Bella, Edwards family and much more people meet. Edward hated Bella because her blood smelled so good. She thought that Edward didnt come to school some days because of her. She found out that he was a vampire but she never was afraid of him. This book i reccomend it to everybody i know and to the people i dont know.

This is the first real Romance novel I have ever read. The first vampire novel as well. I quickly became addicted to the series. There is something so intriging about Edward's troubled and conflicted character and the timeless star crossed romance brought out the romantic in me.

What started out just wanting something different from my typical reads turned out to be amazing! I can only remember reading 2 books that I was truly sad to see end. Twilight is one of those books. The writing leaves you wanting more. Wanting to know the characters in real life. Weird?

Um, wow. I had so much fun reading this book. I picked it up two days ago, and was reading every spare moment. I'm impressed! I admit that I have a soft spot for vampires, especially romantic ones, but this was really such a good book. Impatiently waiting to get to a bookstore and start reading the next one!

Loved it. to quote my friends, " once you read it your dream guy is vampire and a regular guy is just a regular guy." A total girl gotta read. I so going to read the other two books and the 4th coming out.

The best book I have read in like 4ever this book is so great I have to have it im so in love with it. And for a long time I couldnt read anything else I hade readers block so to speak.
This is the actual version that I read. I didn't even know that it was the British version when I got it from the library. Twilight has turned me back onto Vampires. I miss Buffy.

This is the best book in the world!!!! It is fast reading and you never what to put it down. You really want to "sink your teeth into it."

A light read. Excellent at getting in the mind of Bella. Not enough action I thought. But a nice setup to continue the story in the next book
My best-friend demanded that I read it, so I did. It was entertaining, nothing really too epic.
