What happens when the vampires *really* run the city? A very nice start to the series, young adult vampire stuff. It had just the right amount of creep in it! I liked most of the characters, I'd love to see more mythology about the vampires, and I'm interested in what happens next. The only problem was that I kept imagining two of the four protagonists to look like Sam and Dean Winchester, only blond. It was weird.

This is the first in a series set in a town ruled by some very evil vampires. Has interesting young protag and characters (including a fascinating ghost). Look forward to more in the series
