Emoni is a teen mom. She is a senior in high school and trying to figure out her next steps. This is beautifully written and talks about family, friendship, love, and finding oneself. I loved it.

4.5 stars rounded up. Elizabeth Acevedo is a breath of fresh air. I listened to the audiobook which I would highly recommend. The performance made the characters come alive. Now on to Clap When You Land!
I’ve seen a couple of less positive reviews that note a lack of conflict which I thought was interesting.
