This is such a beautiful exploration into art and how it affects us. I don't think i knew anything about the artist that is the focus of this book, but i loved learning about her, her art and her life. I loved the way that it explored the lives of the people consuming her art and how it changes them and their relationships with those around them. Such a beautiful read ...more

I really enjoy this author's work and this novel felt like a breath of fresh air.
Brilliant! Literature and Art combined.

Shelves: ebook, borrowbox

I have rounded this up, my git feeling is this is 2.5* but i read this as an ebook, which is not my preferred manner of reading, so I think that deserves rounding up.

I found the book interesting, especially the information on the artist Marina Abramovic, however I would have liked more story about the supporting characters.

Again, I think I may not have "got into this" the way I would have with a physical book.
I liked the story, but just not enough to rave about.
