Really enjoyed this book. Sarah's openness and candidness about living and dealing with anxiety was great to read and I had many of the "I thought that was only me" experiences with this book.
Admittedly it was sometimes difficult for me reading only because of its "UN-sugarcoated" approach which was more rewarding as a result I think.

Ahhh Sarah Wilson - love her or hate her, this I Quit Sugar guru can be polarising with her views and her writing.
I think this book tries to blend memoir, research, and self-help around the idea of anxiety / anxiety management. In some cases, this works well, and in some cases, it'snot good at all. If I am honest, this book was for me, a bit of a hodge-podge.
