Promethea is quite a different take on the superhero. (Or should I say "Science Hero"?) I love a good story about good vs evil - with some nice social commentary thrown in. As usual, Moore's writing is amazing. I was transfixed on the (literal) journey through imagination he took us on. The art was beautiful, and fit well with the story - and the artist's depictions of the different heroines through the ages was wonderful. ...more

Wow! This is really magical. The colours and drawings are wonderful. The story is amazing. Especially the idea of the afterworld and apocalypse are original.
