Wonderful! It was interesting the effect love has on the villians vs Eve and Roarke. As always in this series there were many side characters floating about but it did not seem to delve into them as much as usual. Also the victums had more of a voice. This series is pretty much the only police stuff i read and sometimes it gets a little to heavy but this one did not do that so much. Its harder with each book because i want to start the series over and we are up to 41 now.

The murderers are sick, psycho serial killers. Reading about their crimes is difficult, before they torture people. Having help from a Deputy from Arkansas, her own team, and Roarke, Eve tracks the killers down. The way she plays them in interview is so satisfying.
I liked Deputy Banner. His tenacity to find the truth about his friend's death made all the difference in the case. It was interesting to see NY, Eve and Roarke's home, and the NYPSD from Banner's perspective. ...more
