What Members Thought
Carver is the master of the rhythm and feel of the speech and actions of ordinary, broken people loving in broken ways. It is amazing how much he reveals in a very short amount of space.
What an interesting collection! I can't really review them individually, since they are so short, but they do all have this theme of love or hate or affection or connection, some a little more disturbing than others, but all very real to the human experience. Very insightful writer. I will have to read more of him.
