By in large I really enjoyed this book and I didn't expect that I would. (Book Club Read)
So if you don't know anything about this book there is basically 1 plot line with 2 main characters and their stories are interwoven. One point of view is Gemma and the other is Lyra. You can read them as 2 separate books or you can read them together. Although there is a bit of overlap when the characters are together.

Teen-YA level. I enjoyed this book! It was presented so differently, two stories in one, but with a twist (of the wrists) to read each. One story was from Lyra's perspective, then flip the entire book over and you get Gemma's story. The interesting thing is that, of course they are going to connect, but you don't know when or where. I read Lyra's story first and then Gemma's story. I think it would read better in alternating chapters as Lyra's story ends rather abruptly and isn't long enough to be a complete novel. I enjoyed both characters' perspectives and Oliver's lyrical writing style. However, while I enjoyed the story I felt too many coincidences built up to make the events seem unbelievable and unlikely which took me out of the story.
