Funny as hell. Probably shouldn't take it too seriously, and like, get real mad about it. The (online) offer for "mail order hamburgers" lets you know that this is tongue incheeek, irreverent, and quite silly. If you're easily offended by humorous smut, stay away. I'm not, and I laughed myself dizzy.
