I'm not sure how Born to Run ended up on my reading list this year, but I glad it did. This is a fascinating story about an ultra marathon built around a Mexican tribe for whom long distance running is not only a way of life, but also a source of great joy. I never imagined a book on running could be so captivating. It's really invigorated my love for running and inspired me to become more like the hidden Tarahumara tribe. It's changed my attitude on running in general. Next read: Eat & Run by Scott Jurek!
