I absolutely love this series; from book to book I can't wait to see what happens next. The great thing about this series for me is you feel like you’re part of this little community because you get to know the characters so well.

Book #5 and Sookie is a fabulous as ever. In this one someone is shooting shape shifters and Sookie's brother Jason under suspicion by the local shifter community. Sookie sets out to find out the shooter's true identity before the next full moon. Some new characters are introduced but there is still lots about the old crew too.

I love these books. Sookie again finds herself involved in dangerous stuff despite her New Years Resolution of not being hurt.
The relationships and characters just keep growing on me. I find myself torn with who I want Sookie with. There are so many that could work.
