This series just keeps getting better and better. I was really on a roller coaster ride of emotions for this one. I was sad, I was crying laughing, I was heartbroken, and I was so angry I wanted to spit.
But through it all, I just could not stop listening to this story. The narrator did such a great job with it. But I have to say, I've listened to this same narrator do the Stephanie Plum books and sometimes I swear I was hearing Joe Morelli in there. LOL

This series is growing on me. The characters have seemed predictable and one dimensional, but this has taken over my "guilty pleasures" reading--after getting myself current on my Stephanie Plum and Fox and O'Hare series.

Charley Davidson, grim reaper and private eye, hasn't slept for two weeks due to what occurred with Reyes, son of Satan, at the end of the last book. The series is enjoyable but the humor is once again feeling a bit forced to me. I'm hoping the series will

I love, love, LOVE this series. If you like a little fun with your paranormal fiction, try this one on for size.

I know this is a young adult book, but I am liking the series a lot. I think that part of the appeal is the sexuality between Charley and the son of Satan. Part of the appeal is the fun of Charley's trying to solve the problem of being a grim reaper. Just a wonderfully imagined storyline. Light, fun read.
