I was in Changi airport, waiting for a flight and as usual loitered at the bookstore. I saw this book and instantly picked it up, decided that this is the kind of history-novel I would like, and bought it. So I was right. During a half-hour flight to Jakarta I managed to read the first two chapters and didn't notice the plane had already landed :)

I really liked this book, the descriptions are amazing, so detailed. I never would have expected to get so sucked in by something like this.
