What Members Thought
I can see why some people raves over this thriller. Pieces were a bit obvious but overall it was a good read that kept you wanting to continue. You think she’s a psycho and you feel sorry for her. But she’s not a psycho, she’s just a drunk pill popper trying to get through every day life on her own.
This was entertaining but the "twists" were pretty easy to guess especially if you're someone who's read a lot of the recent domestic thrillers.

This story was not at all what I was expecting! Everytime that I thought I had things figured out, the plot twisted and then twisted again. I thought it was a great read as it kept me on my toes.
Anna Fox lives alone in her house in New York, she doesn't go outside and she hardly has anyone who comes to see her, except for a physiotherapist and her Psychiatrist. There is also David who is her tenant who lives downstairs, who tries to help her out here and there with things around the house.

This book was so reminiscent of Alfred Hitchcock. I gobbled it right up!
It really didn't grab me from the beginning. It was fairly easy to discover who the culprit and the killer was. I had my doubts in places, but I was corct all along. This book was a yawner for me.
