My third and last book for this month's shelf. Yet another book that I probably never would have looked at if it wasn't for this group. Who would have thought I would actually get three science books in this month.

Although this book purports to be true and based in fact, one has to wonder how truthful the items in the book actually are. I found myself many times looking something up on the internet just to be sure the author wasn't pulling my leg. Especially the first half of the book, which wa ...more

I highly enjoyed this book. I had to step back quite a few time to remind myself that it's non-fiction. It hilarious!!!! I gave it 4 stars because to me the ending got a little boring to me.

The Men who stare at Goats is an astonishing and humorous account of what goes on at the heart of US declared war on terror. Ronson covers all inconceivable aspects and beliefs in the military and CIA that are often frowned or maybe shrugged upon when heard in the news.
