Clearly a well researched and structured content - makes for a very interesting read. Not once did I find it boring. Vinay's narration of the scenario and limitations that Rao faced and the way Rao had overcome the obstacles to bring India out of its shackles was remarkable. The author could not have been more vivid.

Liked the book.

PV Narasimha Rao was an intriguing character about whom I heard all my life and always in references to liberalization.

However never had a chance to learn about the man.
This book served that basic purpose very well.
